Create and translate
Search your video library with Memory
Find dialogue, topics and visual moments across indexed projects, then open the source passage for production.
Search needs an index
Use Memory or video search to query projects whose relevant speech, text and frame indexes are ready. If a file has only been added to a queue, it may not yet appear in complete search results.
Searching finds material; it does not approve a cut, generate translated speech or export a video.
Find and open a passage
- Open Memory or the video-search view and confirm that the intended projects are indexed.
- Ask for a concrete topic, spoken phrase, person or visible event. Use a narrower request if the result set is too broad.
- Inspect the returned project, timecode and excerpt or frame. Open the source and play the surrounding context.
- Select the useful passage and continue with a rough cut or translation.
Queries to try
- Find the part where the speakers discuss the launch deadline.
- Find the explanation of the pricing change, with its surrounding context.
- Find footage of a person entering the meeting room.
- Find interviews that mention the same customer concern.
If a result is missing
Check the project’s transcription and indexing status, then confirm the source is still available. Try the wording used in the transcript and a broader description of the visual event. If recognition was wrong, review the source and transcription before treating a missing search result as missing footage.
