Manage and deliver
Task history, queues and troubleshooting
Find a result, identify the failed stage and recover without repeatedly creating duplicate jobs.
Start with the task and workflow history
Use workflow history to find completed rough cuts, translations and rewrites. Use the task queue for work that is waiting, running or needs attention. A completed model download is not the same as a completed video job.
Identify the stage before retrying
- Import or decode: confirm that the source exists, plays correctly and is readable by the app.
- Transcription or index: confirm the chosen model is ready and that the intended language and speaker options fit the recording.
- Translation or voice: review text, speaker mapping and reference audio.
- Lip sync: check SD/HD model readiness, device resources and the difficult scenes in your footage.
- Export: check the active result, source access, destination permission and free storage.
Recover a task
- Read the error and note the source, task type, selected language, model and quality.
- Fix the reported condition before retrying. For resource errors, check other local tasks and available memory or storage.
- Use the existing task’s retry or resume option when available. Confirm which earlier stages or results are already complete.
- Check the recovered result in history and review it before delivery. Keep prior successful exports until the replacement is verified.
Information that helps support
Record the Bonframe version, operating system, device model, task type, model or quality selection and the stage that failed. Include the visible error and a reproducible description. Avoid sharing account tokens or private source footage in a public report.
If you cannot find an output, first check workflow history and the selected save location. Do not assume that an export failure removed the original media.
