These rules apply to Bonframe software, website, and related services. Version 2026-10-23-v1.
Use only materials you have the necessary rights to process. Obtain permission covering voice synthesis, voice cloning, likeness editing, dialogue changes, and intended publication. Owning a recording or a copyright licence does not itself establish a person’s consent to voice or likeness synthesis.
Do not use Bonframe for unlawful activity, unauthorized impersonation, fraud, fabricated endorsements, harassment, defamation, infringement of privacy or intellectual property, pornography, non-consensual intimate content, or sexual content involving minors. Do not circumvent access, licensing, or safety controls. Authorized translation and creative work remain subject to these rules and applicable law.
AI may change meaning or introduce errors. Review words, speaker assignments, voices, lip sync, and edits before publication. Disclose AI modification where required. A generated result is not evidence that a person actually said the words, consented, or endorsed the content.
A user declaration is not identity verification, proof of authorization, or automated content moderation. Bonframe does not verify identity or authorization in the declaration step. Declaration records may include policy version, time, operation scope, and internal project or media references. This step does not require uploading identity documents or original media. Local records may be altered by a device owner; they are not guaranteed tamper-proof.
Report suspected misuse to [email protected] with sufficient details to investigate; do not send sensitive media unless requested through an appropriate channel. We may restrict services or licences where justified by evidence and applicable terms, subject to applicable law. We cannot remotely recall exported files.
